Cylcia “Cici” Manwa is an LSE Politics and International Relations graduate and former elected councillor, with first-hand experience of politics, public service and representing communities.

Having entered elected public life at a young age, Cylcia developed a particular interest in youth participation, women in leadership and widening representation in the places where decisions are made.

Today, she is building on that experience through speaking, media and public affairs, bringing a young perspective to conversations about politics, leadership and public life.
